Turn your love life into a timelapse for Reels and TikTok

Your love story, in seconds

The timelapse starts in the month of your oldest relationship and counts up to today. As the months tick by, each heart pops onto the map when its story began, the polygon stretches to reach it and the area counts up. Your photo (or Polly) rocks gently on the sticker while the doodles drift in the background.

Pick the right speed

The standard pace is two months a second. Ten years of love make a one-minute video: perfect for Reels and TikTok. Slide the speed from 0.25× to 16× to fit where you post:

• Instagram Stories and WhatsApp Status cut videos at 60 seconds: the app warns you past that.
• Reels allow up to 3 minutes, TikTok even longer, but shorter videos are watched to the end more often.

Made on your phone, private

The video is made on your device: MP4 where the browser supports it, otherwise WebM. Nothing is uploaded until you share it, and it shows no names unless you choose to. A small polygon can show streets: tick "Blur exact places" to move each heart by up to about 3.5 km.

How to make yours

1. Add your loves with their dates in the app.
2. Tap Share, then choose Video.
3. Pick the speed, check the length, tap Create video.
4. Share it, or download it. The message to go with it is copied too, ready to paste.
